Arizona Bill-SB1070

The protest of Arizona Bill-SB1070 here in San Diego made me feel very sad and dissapointed. Eventhough our community organizations came together for a vigil solidarity with the people of Arizona, many people who were against us showed us racism, discrimination and moreputdowns. It is very sad that they want the hard working people from Arizona to be criminalized and punished for working there as illegal immigrants. They also want to deport anyone who looks brown color or "Mexican" which is racial profiling. That day a lot of people wore shirts that said, "Do I look illegal?". The people who were against us tried provoking us to fight them bu putting posters that said that all illegals are criminals and that we should all be deported, but since we are not criminals we proved them wrong and we kept on walking away to ignore them and thats what they hated more. What really got me mad is that my daughter and my little sisters saw how those people see us as delinquents and not like humans. In the middle of these crowds, negative racist shouts, and putdowns from stupid ignorant people i still taught them how a community can gather together and show these people that we also have human rights.
